Cyclone IV GX Development Kit?

Is there a dev kit available for the Cyclone IV GX FPGA? I want to get DDR DRAM and PCIe interfaces working before designing these interfaces into my end product. Also, what is the availability...

They don't have any in stock but they said they expect to have them in two month's time. Perhaps it is an issue with the availability of the Cyclone IV parts since (i believe) they are not yet released.
