Cyclone III Starter Kit power measurements

According to the documentation, the two jumpers on the starter kit (JP3 and JP6) can be used to measure I/O and core power, respectively. However, my power measurements need to include off-chip memory (flash, for example) as well. Other than measuring the current drawn by the entire device (at the power supply), is there any other way of doing this?
