Honored ContributorUsing the AS configuration scheme, nCSO does not go low after POR or after forcing nCONFIG low. Programming the EPCS128 configuration device is successful. BUT, after power up or after forcing nCONFIG low, I do not see nCSO (the chip select for the EPCS128) assert and therefore, the configuration never completes.

I followed all recommendations in the Altera Literature. The FPGA is a Cyclone III not a cyclone II as in the thread heading. the MSEL pins are at 0011 for AS config 2.5, 3.0. My vccio are at 3.0v except for a bank that is connected to DDR.
