Cyclone II - Active Serial Programming - EPCS1 CONF_DONE and nCS0 error.

Hi,

I'm working with a Cyclone II and I got the following error:

Error: Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1

I watched the values of the Active Serial Programming circuit and I found out that the CONF_DONE bit is always low, therefore probaly there's a configuration error. How can I troubleshoot it?

On another board I got the same error message as cited above, but the circuit's diagnostic is that nCS0 is still high always. Any ideas for solve this problem?
