Creating a clock in sdc file

Hi,

I am doing an experiment to compare the performance of the clock generate by a PLL and a clock generated by a counter (I know that this way is the less indicated to do that). And I am having difulties in creating this clock, generated by counter, in the sdc file. Anyone know how to do this?
