Configuration problem under low temperature at 10M04SAE144I7G

the Configuration work well at room temperature when we goes down to 10 Celsius degree and down to - 20 Celsius and turn on the board voltage the device no get the configuration

This is weird. Can you try to recompile the bitstream and try again?
