Configuration problem under low temperature at 10M04SAE144I7G

the Configuration work well at room temperature when we goes down to 10 Celsius degree and down to - 20 Celsius and turn on the board voltage the device no get the configuration

Hi Shraga Leitner,

Can you please probe the power rail VCCIO, VCCA and VCC. The reason is because these power rail is required to power on the device. If the power rail is not at the intended voltage, can you please check if the power supply is working properly? If the power is working properly, please check the pin nSTATUS, nCONFIG, CONF_DONE.

Moreover, the problem is happening on all the board (i assumed is all the devices you have), it seems to me it is board issue.

Can you please confirm?
