Compling error

Hello I have had this error show up several times. it is a subscription version of Quartus 9.1 with both service packs installed. I thought the service packs would fix the problem but alas I was wrong. Any ideas what might be causing this one?

    do you get this error in every compile or randomly?

    you can set up a license server to restrict access to certain users (or apparently hosts). my guess is that your user/host is not enabled, as explained in the error message
