compile error:Can't generate netlist output files

Hi,

There have a problem: when I compile a project, shows an Error: Can't generate netlist output files because the license for encrypted file "C:/altera/72/ip/fir_compiler/lib/msft_lt_32.v" is not available.

What's the meaning?

    You basically have a piece of IP that is encrypted and requires a license file to use in your design.

    If it's and old design, see if you can find the original Altera license file. It may have a perpetual license, that just isn't in your new license file. If not, contact your Altera rep about getting a license file.
