chipselect not going high

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate a custom component into a SOPC builder system. I build the project in the NIOS II IDE and trying to simulate as modelsim. When I try to write to my custom component the avalon bus is never selecting my component. IE. the chipselect is not going high. any help ???
