Can't upload program to DEO Nano

Error: Can't access JTAG chain error means your JTAG chain is not up. One of the possibility would be your USB blaster driver is not detected. Go to your Device Manager driver section to check if the USB blaster driver is detected correctly. TDI and TDO on the JTAG chain must be a close-loop, otherwise, you will get this error.
