cant access mysupport

Hi,

I am trying to access mysupport but I keep getting this messege:

"You are currently not eligible to file service requests. Please use the advanced search or Altera Forum to find the answer to your issue. If there is an error in your eligibility, verify your contact details. "

I checked that my contact details are ok.

Please Help.
