in my circuit each side has 3 receiver.

Altera_ForumFrom the specification, C III LVDS outputs are specified for a 100 ohm differential load rather than 50 ohm differential necessary for center fed transmission line. Typically, the differential level would be sufficient with 50 ohm load, I assume, but not assured. Using pseudo differential column LVDS outputs with three resistor network, you are able to supply 50 ohm differential with full level.
