Can I instance two ALTGX blocks in Cyclone IV GX device

Hello all,

Anyone knows that if it's possible to instance two ALTGX blocks in cyclone iv gx device (e.g. EP4CGX15)? I would like to implement one PCIe X1 connection and one custom serdes link with other board.

    Did you ever find an answer? I'm trying to run PCIe and TSE on the Cyclone IV GX. PCIe works, but TSE never seems to link.
