CAD Model for Cyclone 10 GX Development Board

Is there a CAD model of the Cyclone 10 GX Development Board? I'm looking to incorporate the part/assembly into my project's assembly model.

There are also PCB design files (I guess it's Cadence Allegro). In the regular design flow, PCA 3D model would be generated out of Cadence tools. This involves import of component 3D models to libraries if not already included.

    Is there a tutorial on generating the 3D PCA from the Cadence?
