Honored ContributorIt allows you to force the use of a very specific type of resource to implement the buffer: MLAB (640 bit blocks), M9K (9 kbit blocks), M144K (144 kbit blocks) or logic cells (1 bit per logic cell).
Unless you come across a specific reason not to, the best option is to leave it in "auto" and let the tools choose.Honored Contributoryep, rbugalho is right just leave it "Auto"
