BGA practice devices needed

I'm looking to get some 'dummy' devices to help develop a reflow profile for BGA rework. The package I'm looking for is the 100 pin MBGA (EPM570M100C5N). Does anyone know if Altera sells dummy packages. If not, is there any where I can get them?

    Hi,

    try Google with "BGA Dummy" - this will give you some adresses for companies selling those dummy chips...

    (like e.g. factronix, ..)

    Thanks. I was hoping to find the exact ball layout and chip size, but TopLine has one that should be close enough.
