Quartus II v7.1 and v7.1 Service Pack 1- Critical Issue Advisory

Important Critical Issue Notice for all Quartus II software version 7.1 and 7.1 Service Pack 1 designs using the OpenCore Plus feature to evaluate intellectual property (IP), including the Nios® II processor, instead of a full license for the IP core.
