Avalon memory mapped read and write template with custom instruction

Hello dear,

I am new to Altera De2 board. Kindly any one tell me how can i instantiate the avalon-mm read and write template with the custom instruction template. I am little confused how can i write the top level module custom instruction module which instantiate the avalon mm read / write template which then access the sdram on my board which is already connected to my nios ii. can any body know about this
