Audio Altera Simulink Equalizer FPGA Stratix II

hello guys im new to this site, im at my last year in university.

I've been assigned the following progect:

i have an fpga stratix ii

using the 'line in' i connect my ipod and through 'line out' my speakers, i must program my fpga to equalize the song using three fir filters lowpass highpass bandpass. i'm using matlab-simulink altera library.

Please help me: how can i read the audio from my ipod and how to extract it to the speakers, wat blocks should i use?
