Arria II GX VCCPD question

i have one bank in arria ii gx that the bank VCCIO will change depending on which daughterboard is plugged into the system. it could be 1.8V, 2.8V, or 3.3V. and i just want one VCCPD for that bank no matter what the VCCIO is. so can i just use 3.3V for VCCPD of the bank?

it is what the spec says:

You must connect VCCPD according to the I/O standard used in the same bank:

■ For 3.3-V I/O standards, connect VCCPD to 3.3 V

■ For 3.0-V I/O standards, connect VCCPD to 3.0 V

■ For 2.5-V and below I/O standards, connect VCCPD to 2.5 V

You could also ask: What happens, if I ignore the VCCPD rqeuirements in the manual? Most likely, no one can tell you exactly. So what's your conclusion? If you want to meet the requirements, either provide jumpers, or an automatic circuit.
