Arria II CLKIN Power

Hi all,

just a small question:

I'm designing a board using the EP2AGX45. There are clock input power pins located on Bank 3A called VCC_CLKIN3A. I power VCC_CLKIN3A with 3.3V. Does that mean that I have to power VCCIO3 (bank 3) with the same voltage or can I power bank 3 with 1.8V for example?

bank vccio : 1.8v

bank clkin : osc 3.3v

possible?
