Any tutorial on VHDL or Verilog for BeMicroSDK?

After playing around Nios II, I am looking to learn Verilog / VHDL. Are there any entry level tutorial for gently learn how to blink LEDs, reading temperature etc on the BeMicro SDK? Thanks in advanc...

Thank you Dave, the wiki page is a bit.. too difficult for me.. Are there any simplier tutorial, like clicking a push button to toggle an LED? I wanted to grasp the very basic of Verilog and how to use the Atlera tools. thank you in advance.
