ALTERA Tools for automatic parallelisation and OpenCL SDK

Hello,

I want to ask 3 questions:

1. Is there an ALTERA tool or solution that generate automatically a parallel code from a sequential code written in C ?

2. With OpenCL SDK, the parallel code (that will be computed in accelerators) must be defined by the programmer or it can be generated with the SDK ?

3. Is OpenCL SDK available of acedemic researches or not yet? how can i obtain it ?
