Today I purchased an ALTERA PC ANALYZER PCI Card Made in CHINA EPM7032LC44-12 BD9606 from a small shop in Richie Street, Chennai-600002, India.

Do you also sell USB Connectible versions of the same? Where in Chennai are they sold?

    Altera isn't the producer of the board, just of the programmable component (CPLD) that you found on the board. You should ask that question to the board manufacturer instead.
