altera_mf library doesn't fit to quartus

hello everyone.

first, i'm sorry for my english... it's not my speaken language...

i start working with modelsim after i build a megawizard 1 port ram memory.

in this <file>.vhd i have ports only for 1 data, 1 address,... because i choose 1 port,

but in the altera_mf library that i imported to the model sim from my altera file, the library ask for 2 port deatils eventhogh i build 1 port memory.

the error that i got in model sim is:

Error: C:/modeltech_6.5b/examples/lab3_modelsim/mem.vhd(112): (vopt-1130) Port "rden_b" of entity "altsyncram" is not in the component being instantiated.

for all the ports that is not in used in the megawizard file (data_b,address_b,clock1...)

what can i do??? is there any library just for one port memory?

if someone can help me i will be very thankful, and please, i'm kind of new here so try not to write in high language...
