Altera licensing using NIC ID (not working)

I have a problem getting a license for the two Nios II development kits, Stratix II editions that we have.

I went to the altera licensing site and entered the NIC ID of the two PC's used for the kits and I had an error for both NICs.

This was working a year ago. I didn't try to get licenses for one year approximately.

Can you please help me with this issue?
