ALTERA DEVICE WITH THE IOs?

HI, Need help - Is there any Altera device / Ref board that supports the following or as much as possible from the list below? Serial RS232 - 2 Chanels Serial RS422 - 2 Chanels Serial RS485...

Pls. correct me if my understanding is not right, the suggested solution says that perhabs, Alters IPs (if not available) / 3rd party IPs for UART, USB and CAN to be instantiated as many times they need and have the level translators & Phys on board. right?

Could some suggest if there is any referrence board all ready available with all/some of the level translators to support development platform like the above, meaning that provides all the different level translators(RS232,RS422,RS485) and PHYs for the (Ethernet, USB and for CAN (I am not sure what kind of Tranceivers needed)....Thank you for the quick response !
