Altera DE2 board internal clock

Greetings everyone, I am using altera de2 board for a very simple counting example (3-bit upcounter) in vhdl. But I just can't use the internal clock (Clock_50). I even assign the pins correctly, but I get nothing. I was wondering if anybody could help me in this.
