Adding IRIG-B to Design

Hello, I am designing a new FPGA board and the customer has an IRIG-B input requirement. Does anyone know of an IRIG-B receiver that provides a serial or parallel output that I can then send to the FPGA?

    If you are unsuccessful searching for a component, you can fall back to just digitizing the IRIG signal with discretes and then decoding the signal in HDL within the FPGA. The signal itself is very straightforward.
