You don't have enough competence to understand the problem solution.

I read for this document. But It's abstract. Can you instruct the detail about it? I don't understand.

It's not abstract. It's very informative and gives the exact information You need.

Very easy! Read the documentation, learn and do Your task. Simple as that.

--- Quote Start --- For example! I want to design a system for Ethernet. How to do this? --- Quote End --- If you haven't noticed yet, you haven't asked a specific question that can be answered. Simply stating that you want to design something and asking someone how to do this won't solicit much help. Stating that something is 'abstract', but not asking specifically about something that you are confused about will again not solicit much help. Give some thought to just what it is that you're confused about, and then ask a question directed towards whatever that confusion is and you'll likely receive a more informative reply.
