The AS mode in Table 8-4 just includes 3.3,3.0,and 2.5V, not lists 1.8V, however, the note 1 said that Configuration voltage standard applied to the VCCIO supply of the bank in which the configuration pins reside.

I am confused whether 1.8V is feasible or not.
