a problem about ad ip core

Hello everybody,

I run into a problem about ad ip core for TLC549 which is made by myself.When I only debug .vhd files,the result is right,the output is 8-bit A/D value;while I use niosii and software ,the result is not correct.It's always a constant value 570mv which is shown in console of niosii.I have checked .vhd and .c.h files for many times but still don't kown why.So I need the help of my friends.The attachment included are my ad ip core source files.Expect your reply.Thank you very much!
