    Based on the part number provided "10AX066H4F34I3SG" we noticed this is regarding Intel® FPGA Arria 10 GX 660 (FPGA - Field Programmable Gate Array).

    Please be noted that Intel ® FPGA is compliant with Restrictions of Hazardous Substances (RoHS (EU) 2015/863) Phthalate Restrictions. Hence, there is no leaded version of 10AX066H4F34I3SG . The end suffix 'G' is meaning, the FPGA is RoHS complaint.
