Why are my GPIO pins not working?

For a project i'm creating a clock signal using the DE10 nano. After a second test yesterday, none of my GPIO pins are working anymore? Are they blown up? Is there any way to fix it?

    I not clear what you have been tested yesterday. Can you explain in details your tested?

    Plus, can you share me your screenshot of Pin Assignment? I'm afraid clk pin was not assign correctly.
