Weights of Max II CPLD and Max 10 FPGA

Hi I am trying to get info​rmation on the weights of Max II CPLD P/N - EPM2210F324C3 and Max 10 FPGA P/N - 10M04DCU324I7G. I am trying to use the weights to do mechanical MIL-STD shock and vibration analysis. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
