Using VIP Suite

Hi, I want to ask if we can use the Altera Vip Suite components fully to perform image processing operations even if I do not have the license of Quartus i.e. with the time limited version.. ...

I am getting these errors while comiplation in the Quartus II 10.1 sp1.
