Unable to Find Krnel version 4.9.78-ltsi

I try to build a linux kernel for my cyclone 5 soc. I not able to find the kernel version please help..

Hello,
This version was removed from the git. If you go to https://github.com/altera-opensource/linux-socfpga
you can find the only available Linux kernel versions.

I will use the 5.2 version instead.
