Thermal resistance(RthJC) for EP1C3T100I7N

We are conducting a thermal evaluation test of the board.
Would you give me thermal resistance between case and junction(Rθjc, Not Rθja) of following parts?

EP1C3T100I7N

I understand EP1C3T100I7N is under discontinued product.
But we have already used it for exist products.
