Power measurment

Dear all

I want to measure consume power of FPGA, I use Stratix IV GX (ep4sgx230kf40), This FPGA reports the current power with "Power Monitor" ,but I need total power. So I should read power data via jtag from MAX II EPM 2210, and then integral from this to calculate total power.

My question is: How can read data via jtag?
