Open issue for analysis

We detected the open issue of EP3C10F256C6N in ICT test, sample 1# is K9&M8 to GND open, sample 2# is F10 to GND open, and these parts purchased from Arrow.

We need your help to perform further analysis for these rejected samples, thanks!
