Need USB Daughter card providing both hardware and software solution

Hi All,

I have the Cyclone iii FPGA development board with two HSMC connector. For my project I need to transfer 1MB files using USB to the DDR.

I am wondering, if there is any provider who can provide me a daughter card with the USB IP and a software solution with proper reference guide.

Later on I can establish connection between DDR and HSMC through FPGA.

This is my way of approach, If anyone has better solution can you please let me know.
