Need Part EOL status(Active/Obsolete/discontinued/NRFND)

Hi, Can you please provide Part status for PN '340050012000' . If Obsolete can you provide drop in replacement? Description of givenn part is 'PCBA,QUAD LAN PORT,LW PROFIL,PCIe,InTime'
