Max V board test system hangs when using Config

Just received a Max V cpld Development kit.

The Board test System GUI runs ok and I can turn off/on Leds etc.

However when using Config to alter the configuration it hangs with 'Configure with pof/bts_por.pof' for example shown in the lower text box.

Quiting the board test gui and then restarting returns to the original config.

I've tried running Quartus II (Service Pack 1 installed) at the same time, but to no avail. Please help anyone!

Hi. I'm afraid I failed to resolve this. In spite of having purchased their development board, Altera refused to provide any technical help. My only option was this forum. Unfortunately yours was the only response.
