Hello,
i'm working on a board that has MAX 3000A series CPLD on it.
I need to program it.
i would like to know what Quartus version do i need to generate POF/SOF files for it and program it.
What would be the cost of the license for it?

QuartusII 13.0sp1 supports the MAX 3000/7000 series CPLD. Get it here (while Intel still allows it):
It is the free version, no license/purchase required.
It will generate POF files for programming the parts.
