EDMS and PSG MDS webpage for legacy product were bringing down in end of Dec21 and no longer in service now.

We have migrated all the legacy material declaration report to Intel new MDDS page in Resource & Documentation Center. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/content-type/mdds.html?s=Newest.
