What needs to be done to obtain and install a license for Questa-Intel FPGA Starter Edition 21.1, which runs under Quartus Prime Lite Edition 21.1?

Thanks for update. Per my understanding, you email Integrations was stuck in Progress. The reason still unknow and our IT team to monitor & fix the issue.
