License for Questa-Intel FPGA Starter Edition 21.1

Thanks for sending me the licence via PM. However, I am preparing hands-on tutorial notes for my students and would like to include the correct procedure an ensure that they can obtain a license as well. Hence, could you please look into the following problem I am facing:

After entering the URL https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/, I am directed to the sign in webpage of the Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC) at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/my-intel/fpga-sslc-sign-in.htm. After signing in, I am directed to the webpage "Let’s Get You Registered for Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center" at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/support/programmable/forms/fpga-sslc-registration.html. On this page, I need to click the blue button "Next: Verify". After I click this button, I never receive an email, neither in my inbox nor in the my spam folder. When a colleague of mine does, he receives an email, which directs him to the licensing webpage. Can you please investigate why I do not receive an email. My email address is karel.s@bu.ac.th
