We are not sure on the error happen as we can access SSLC without redirecting. Based on my understanding, Intel provides free licenses to Professors/ Faculty Members of qualified Universities. You could Sign into the FPGA Academic Program website and request license by applying at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/fpga-academic/membership.html and fill up the APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP Form. If you have any question regarding University Program, drop an Email to psg.university@intel.com
