I am sorry though the procedure you outlined does not work.

When I enter the link https://licensing.intel.com/, in Microsoft Edge, it opens the link https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/, which is the ‘Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC)’ webpage. When I sign in, it opens the ‘Let’s Get You Registered for Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC)’ webpage. This page has a ‘Next: Verify’ button. When I press this button, nothing happens

When I enter the link https://licensing.intel.com/, in Google Chrome, it opens the link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner-alliance/access-denied.html and nothing can be done.

Is there perhaps something wrong with the link https://licensing.intel.com/? Can you ask you IT people to check?
